Absolute TRASH...ordered piece of furniture and got very expensive socks. No customer service.

Ordered a dressing table with hollywood mirrors light in Feb, still havnt recievd it a joke

I know there are some detractors on here, but I've always had very good experiences with Esprit online shopping. It's easy to do if you set up an account, and you can get additional discounts. They've always been reliable with deliveries. And returns within 30 days are easy and free.

In the past they didn't fare so well by using slower ParcelForce - but now that other couriers have taken a dive, it doesn't seem so bad.

Sizing / cut / fit can be a bit odd on some garments - especially those in sales - but the free returns mitigates this risk.

I love esprit and I am also a long term customer. I have never had a problem with quality of the products. If people complain about parcel force delivery delays, that is usually because they need the person to be in to receive the item. I find customer service to be great and parcel force customer service.

Just great!!!!The quality and materials are good. I have placed my order on Saturday and received all goods on following Thursday. Such a shame they closed all shops in UK. I have placed another order yesterday. Thank God I have not read this all negative comments before I placed the order.

Avoid!

My wife ordered a jacket on 23 February.
On March 1, she received it and was very upset because the "new" jacket was damaged in many places.
It also had strange inscriptions, similar to a bad condition mark.
The workers, seeing the obvious damage, heartlessly sent this product to my wife and made her very upset.

I received my order on the exact date I was given. All items were amazing. I took a risk with sizing, hence had to return some. I hadn't read the reviews prior (thankfully!). My first time buying from Esprit and I'm super impressed. These items are coming from Germany so expect some delays. Just received my refund too. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Not all happy with this site !! I should’ve have known better not to buy anything from these sites because they said my items will be here on the 14th of February.
Me: I haven’t yet or received anything from them yet and today is the 20th of February.
So whoever is trying to buy from this place don’t waste your time or energy on this place. I promise you you won’t be happy either. I ain’t even lying.

I am a long term Esprit customer and there has been just once an error with the delivered items.
I normally buy their clothing in Sale section and found the quality very good.
Also their online shop is very user friendly. Keep up your good work Esprit Company and many thanks!

Ordered 3 tops in the sale and then read the terrible reviews. So i was pleasantly surprised to receive my order within a week and the tops are really nice quality and absolutely cheap as chips.

Terrible. I have been waiting for over a month for a refund now. They have ignored me, used delay tactics and lied and still no resolution or refund in sight. I would urge you not to use this company as the whole experience has been very upsetting.

Poor service, worst customer service, very rude staff. Bought items which were never delivered and contacted customer service who could not resolve anything. 6 weeks later still no resolution and no refund.

Awful customer experience. I ordered three dresses for special occasions with the delivery estimate 3-5 days, there's been very little updates from the company. When I get in touch they basically just say leave us alone. It's now been nearly 11 days and nothing yet. Avoid avoid avoid.

They take your money but fail to deliver the goods! They also fail to give accurate information about when you will allegedly receive your order!

Horrible customer service and poor choice of delivery provider. I'm waiting for a parcel for over a week now and I see today that they've "attempted to deliver" and couldn't find the address. What are you doing in this job if you can't read a postcode right??? Not to mention I've had the worst customer experience today with a person called Kristyna Lauren who was top 3 most useless and condescending people I've ever had the pleasure to speak to. AVOID
